Windows
Open CopyIns in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or another modern browser. Copy the public Instagram Post, Reel, or Carousel URL, paste it into CopyIns, choose an available file, and check your Downloads folder.
macOS
Use Safari, Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. If the selected source opens in a new tab instead of saving immediately, use the browser download button or Save Video As.
iPhone and iPad
Open CopyIns in Safari or Chrome and start the download from a supported public link. Check Safari Downloads or the Files app, then use Share, Save Video, or Save Image when needed.
Android
Paste the public Instagram link in Chrome or another modern browser. Downloaded files normally appear in Downloads, Files, or Gallery, depending on browser and device settings.
When a link does not work
Confirm that the URL is a complete /p/, /reel/, /reels/, or legacy /tv/ link and that the post is public in a signed-out browser. CopyIns cannot use credentials, cookies, private browsing state, or access-control workarounds.
